GOVERNIA: Journal of Governance, Institutions and Regulatory Reform welcomes original research articles and policy analyses. All submissions must comply with these guidelines.

1. Submission Checklist

• The manuscript has not been previously published or under consideration by another journal.
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format (.doc or .docx).
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined below.

2. Manuscript Structure

• Title: Concise, informative, and reflects the core governance or institutional focus.
• Abstract: A single paragraph (150–250 words) covering the background, method, results, and conclusion.
• Keywords: 3 to 5 words or phrases, separated by commas.
• Introduction: Explains the research background, legal/institutional issues, novelty, and objective.
• Methods: Clear explanation of the legal research approach (socio-legal, normative, empirical, or comparative).
• Results and Discussion: Comprehensive analysis of the findings, tied with relevant legal theories or data.
• Conclusion: Straightforward answer to the research problem and practical policy recommendations.

3. Reference Style & Management

• GOVERNIA uses the Modern Humanities Research Association (MHRA) 3rd Edition Style (with footnotes) for citations and bibliographies.
• Authors are strictly required to use a reference management tool such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote for formatting all references.

4. Reference Requirements

• A submission must expect a minimum of 40 references to ensure scholarly depth.
• A minimum of 80% of the total references must come from peer-reviewed journal papers published within the last 5 to 7 years.
• Authors must include the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for all references where available.
