Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board based solely on the scholarly merit of submitted manuscripts. Editorial decisions are free from commercial, institutional, political, or personal influence.

Editorial Decision

Each manuscript is evaluated based on:

• Scientific quality
• Relevance to the journal's aims and scope
• Methodological rigor
• Ethical compliance
• Contribution to knowledge

The Editor reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal's standards.

Confidentiality

Editors and editorial staff will maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts throughout the editorial process. Information regarding submissions will not be disclosed to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, and editorial staff as necessary.

Conflict of Interest

Editors shall not participate in decisions involving manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest arising from personal, academic, financial, or institutional relationships.

Ethical Oversight

The journal follows internationally recognized publication ethics and supports the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Editors will investigate suspected cases of misconduct including plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, and unethical research practices.

Corrections and Retractions

If significant errors or ethical issues are identified after publication, the journal will publish corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions when appropriate.

Appeals

Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a written explanation to the Editor-in-Chief. Appeals will be evaluated objectively, and the Editor's final decision will be communicated after review.
