GOVERNIA: Journal of Governance, Institutions and Regulatory Reform recognizes the growing role of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted technologies in scholarly writing.
Authors' Responsibilities: Authors may use AI technologies solely to improve readability, grammar, and language editing. AI and large language models (LLMs) cannot be listed as an author or co-author, as AI cannot take responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the research. Authors must fully disclose the use of AI tools in their cover letter and acknowledgments section upon submission.
Reviewers' and Editors' Responsibilities: Reviewers and editors are strictly prohibited from uploading manuscripts into generative AI platforms to ensure absolute confidentiality, intellectual property protection, and research integrity.
